FreeScan Omni Series is a next-generation standalone metrology 3D scanner designed for fast and accurate inspection directly on the shop floor. Built with onboard computing, wireless operation, and integrated scan-to-inspect workflows, the system allows users to complete scanning, meshing, inspection, and reporting directly on the device without relying on an external workstation.

The scanner delivers certified metrology-grade accuracy of 0.02 mm and volumetric accuracy of 0.02 + 0.03 mm/m, making it suitable for quality control, dimensional inspection, reverse engineering, and production verification. It supports multiple scanning modes, including high-speed blue laser scanning and infrared rapid scan mode, enabling reliable work on different part geometries and surface types. 

FreeScan Omni Series is well suited for automotive, heavy industry, machinery, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing environments where portability, certified accuracy, and fast on-site inspection are critical.
