Topotronix has a strict seller protection policy. Returns are only accepted in the event of an objective, documented discrepancy between the condition of the equipment and your description or QC report. "Just changed my mind" is not a valid reason on our platform.
Who is liable if the equipment is damaged during shipping?
The platform and the logistics provider. Every shipment is fully insured. If the goods are damaged in transit — that is our problem, not yours.
