FreeScan Trio is a professional handheld metrology 3D scanner designed for fast industrial inspection, reverse engineering, and quality control. As the world’s first marker-free handheld laser scanner in the FreeScan metrology line, it reduces preparation time and accelerates scanning workflows for complex parts and large objects. 

The system features 98 laser lines, scan speed up to 3,010,000 points per second, and three 5 MP industrial cameras, allowing users to capture detailed geometry with high efficiency. It also supports deep hole scanning, works both with and without markers, and includes built-in video photogrammetry (VPG) to improve volumetric performance for large parts without coded markers. 

With certified metrology accuracy of 0.02 mm in marker-based modes and compliance references to VDI/VDE 2634 and ISO 10360, FreeScan Trio is well suited for automotive, civil aviation, heavy industry, engineering machinery, and on-site dimensional inspection tasks.
