FreeScan UE Nova is a professional wireless handheld metrology 3D scanner developed for large-scale industrial inspection, reverse engineering, and quality control. The system combines an extra-large field of view with certified metrology performance, making it suitable for scanning large machinery, vehicles, heavy industrial components, and complex production parts.

With an extra-large FOV up to 2600 × 2200 mm, 50 laser lines, and scan speed up to 4,600,000 points per second, the scanner enables rapid data capture while maintaining reliable accuracy. Integrated video photogrammetry (VPG) improves large-part measurement performance without coded markers and delivers volumetric accuracy of 0.072 + 0.012 mm/m. The system supports both wireless and wired operation, includes built-in computing, and is designed for flexible use on the shop floor and in outdoor industrial environments.
