The Hexagon Absolute Scanner AS1 Kit V2P (Installed) is a high-performance 3D laser scanning solution for Absolute Arm 7-Axis systems and Absolute Tracker platforms.

This fully installed and calibrated setup is ready for immediate use. It delivers fast, accurate non-contact measurement for reverse engineering, inspection, and digital documentation in aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing.

The AS1 uses blue-laser technology with SHINE (Systematic High-Intelligence Noise Elimination), enabling reliable scanning of shiny, dark, or reflective surfaces without spray.

It captures up to 1.2 million points per second with a 150 mm scan line, allowing rapid coverage of large areas while maintaining accuracy.

The modular design allows quick mounting or removal without recalibration, enabling fast switching between scanning and probing. It can be used across Absolute Arms and trackers without realignment.

Lightweight (~400 g) and ergonomic, it supports both manual and automated scanning.

Compatible with PolyWorks, SpatialAnalyzer, and PC-DMIS.
