Leica TS16 is an advanced robotic total station designed for professional surveying, construction layout, and engineering measurement applications. Built with Leica’s ATRplus technology and intelligent automation capabilities, the TS16 provides reliable and highly accurate measurements even in challenging field conditions.

The TS16 offers angular accuracy of 1 arcsecond and reflectorless distance measurement up to 1000 metres. Equipped with Leica PowerSearch and ATRplus automatic target recognition, the instrument can quickly locate, identify and lock onto the correct prism while ignoring reflections and other targets in the environment.

Leica TS16 is known as the world’s first self-learning total station. The instrument automatically adapts to changing environmental conditions such as rain, fog, dust, heat shimmer and reflections to maintain optimal measurement performance.

The system includes Leica Captivate field software, providing an intuitive 3D interface that allows surveyors to visualise measurement data, perform stakeout operations and manage projects directly in the field. Captured data can be seamlessly transferred to Leica Infinity office software for processing and integration into CAD and BIM workflows.
