Leica ScanStation P40 is a high-performance long-range terrestrial 3D laser scanner designed for demanding surveying, engineering and infrastructure documentation projects.

The scanner captures extremely detailed point clouds with a scan speed of up to 1 million points per second and a maximum range of up to 270 meters, making it ideal for large-scale scanning applications such as infrastructure, construction and industrial environments.

Equipped with High Dynamic Range (HDR) imaging, the ScanStation P40 produces highly realistic colorized 3D point clouds with excellent clarity and accuracy.

The system integrates seamlessly with Leica Cyclone FIELD 360 for field data capture and Leica Cyclone REGISTER 360 for office-based data processing, enabling efficient reality capture workflows from scanning to modeling.

The rugged design allows operation in harsh environments with temperatures ranging from −20°C to +50°C and an IP54 protection rating against dust and water.
