Leica TS16 is a professional robotic total station designed for high-productivity surveying, construction layout and engineering measurement workflows. The instrument combines advanced automation technologies with powerful reflectorless EDM measurement and seamless field-to-office data connectivity. The TS16 delivers 5-arcsecond angular accuracy and reflectorless distance measurements up to 500 metres, allowing surveyors to work efficiently in complex environments where prism measurements are not always possible. The robotic functionality enables efficient one-person surveying operations using the Leica CS20 LTE field controller. Integrated Bluetooth, WLAN and mobile connectivity ensure reliable communication and smooth data transfer between the instrument and controller. Leica PowerSearch technology automatically locates prisms quickly across the job site, reducing downtime and improving productivity. ATRplus automatic target recognition enables fast and precise prism locking even under difficult conditions. The instrument operates with Leica Captivate field software, providing an intuitive 3D interface for measuring, visualising and staking out designs directly in the field. Survey data can be transferred to Leica Infinity office software for processing, analysis and integration into CAD and BIM workflows.
