OptimScan Q12 is a high-precision optical 3D inspection scanner designed for industrial metrology, dimensional verification, and detailed surface analysis. Equipped with four high-resolution cameras, the system captures complex geometries with excellent repeatability and supports demanding inspection workflows for machined parts, stamped components, tooling, and molds.

The scanner features dual scan range switching with one click, allowing users to combine efficient large-area coverage with precise fine-detail capture in a single workflow. With verified accuracy down to 0.005 mm, multiple exposure modes, and monocular-stereo fusion technology, OptimScan Q12 is well suited for GD&T inspection, FAI, mold repair, and automated quality control.
