FreeScan Trak Nova is a wireless optical 3D measuring system designed for high-precision industrial inspection and large-scale measurement tasks. The system integrates a dynamic tracking unit, a detachable handheld laser scanner, and SHINING 3D’s patented video photogrammetry technology, enabling marker-free scanning with stable volumetric accuracy. 

The system supports ultra-fast scanning with up to 5.5 million points per second, providing accurate digital models for inspection, reverse engineering, and quality control workflows. 

With an extra-large 2.6 × 2.2 m field of view, FreeScan Trak Nova is optimized for scanning large components such as automotive body parts, aerospace structures, and industrial machinery. 

The wireless architecture and swappable batteries provide full mobility and allow scanning in confined environments or production floors without cable limitations.
