FARO Orbis Premium is an advanced hybrid mobile laser scanner designed for fast SLAM-based reality capture, terrestrial-style Flash scanning, infrastructure documentation, construction, BIM, industrial facilities, tunnels, underground environments, and asset management workflows. It combines mobile LiDAR scanning with high-resolution 8K panoramic imaging to deliver detailed colorized point clouds and efficient field data collection.

This is a FARO Orbis Premium demo unit manufactured in March 2025. The scanner is designed for flexible use in handheld workflows and can support advanced mobile mapping applications where traditional static scanning is too slow or impractical.
